1.Come and visit
We meet every Sunday at 11am but if you come a bit early we serve coffee/tea with bagels and muffins in case you didn’t have time to grab one before leaving the house. Our worship is a contemporary style and our dress is extremely casual “come as you are” format. The message is always challenging based upon the word of God with real life application to help us grow together in our life with God.
2.emmaus 101
This is a twice or three times a year after service event when newer faces can have a relaxed lunch while hearing more about why we exist as a church, what our core values are and what we believe as a church family. It is designed specifically for anyone who just wants to know more about the church, what we believe and where we are going.
3.journey groups
There are several small groups that meet in homes around the city and surrounding area on various nights of the week. I’m sure there is one that has your name on it! Check the following link for more info.
4.partnership
At EC this is our “membership” component. Many churches have membership that signifies a person regularly attending a weekly service who then can state…”I attend here”. In contrast to that, we have designed membership to be highly relational, it is about how we care for and serve one another, in and out of weekend services dedicated to a shared mission and willingness to do life together. This style of high-commitment membership says, “This my family”. We think a better word to describe that kind of commitment is “Partnership”.
